QUETTA: It has been reported that a Polio team carried out violence against a family for refusing their children of the drops.
The scene took place in Mashriq Gali area of Arbab Karam Khan Road where a family revealed a very unlikely story of what they had been through earlier that day.
The family members were of the opinion that the assistant commissioner – who came alongside the polio team at around 5pm – to inquire about polio drops being administered to children.
The family members were of the opinion that the their kids had already received the vaccination in school, however, despite the fact the team gave a fair enough beat-up to a blind person and domestic worker on the spot.
Furthermore, the polio team also took away the utility meters for electricity and Sui-gas alongside them. The family members announced to file a case against the polio team.
